I received a phone call from Craig the same day I filled out the service magic form online. He came the next day to look at what needed to be done. He knew right away what was required to install the cooktop. He ordered the parts, came to the house, finished the job with such great quality and so quickly that I was amazed. I had another contractor before him that was referred to me by homedepot...he had no clue, never showed up, and had me waiting for a month. Craig was such a pleasure to work with, returning phone calls promptly and extremely RELIABLE which is rare in this buisness.
