Absolutely amazing job. Andy Chicino worked and led my project for a new water heater and boiler for my radiant heat system, and he is one truly professional service person. From the phone calls to the emails with their coordinator, they are super responsive and timely and schedule things down to a T. Ever communicative and well coordinated as a team too. Andy's troubleshooting skills are very methodical. His work quality and finished product is a work of art. I wish all my service providers worked liked this company does. Andy's personality, credibility, workmanship, honesty and customer oriented attitude are A++. Very highly recommended.

A competent job was done but I had to negotiate from what the original price would be (approx. $1000 ) down to approx. $660. This was as I noticed that the original work that was suggested to be needed was not in fact the work that had to be eventually done. When I decided not to accept the original estimate that was when the new estimate was decided on. The work was completed in 3 hours.
